Dr. Mohammad Nurunnabi is the Aide to the Rector on Research and Internationalization, and Chair of the Department of Accounting at Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia. He is an Academic Visitor (Senior Member) of St Antony's College, University of Oxford, Oxford, United Kingdom. His most recent book is The Role of the State and Accounting Transparency. He has published over 100 articles in international journals including ABDC Ranked, ERA Ranked, ABS Ranked and Scopus/ISI indexed.

He works as a Tax & Zakat Manager for a leading real estate organization in Saudi Arabia with over 5 years of experience in Tax & Zakat. He has been with the IMA Board as a Director of Treasury since 2018. He led the VAT implementation procedure in a leading company in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Bahrain.

Mr. Abdullah is a recent graduate from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Integrated Masters in Accounting, a double major in Accounting and Finance, and a minor in Supply Chain and Information Systems Technology. During his time at Penn State, he was a Teaching Assistant for both Managerial Accounting and Advanced Managerial Accounting courses. He also served as the Treasurer of the Accounting Society and the Treasurer of the Coffee Club. He passed both parts of the CMA exam, three out of four parts of the CPA exam, and is currently a CFA level II Candidate. He enjoys volleyball and running.
